Shipping Information

Here's what shoppers can expect as they decide to buy from Captured Wishes.

As a small independent and creative entrepreneurship, we try to get our product to you securely, safely, and quickly enough, with the least bite out of your pocketbook as we can possibly manage. Currently:

  • All prices quoted are in US funds.
  • We currently default to use "Small Air Packet" for delivery shipments via CANADA POSTAL SERVICE. It is the best cost that we pass on to our customers. However, if you wish to have trackable service, please purchase that option when selecting shipping options.
  • Delivery time averages between 8 - 12 average business days (may vary during holidays).
  • RUSH delivery is desired? Please purchase that option when selecting shipping options.

  • Want to send your gift direct to your recipient? No problem. When going to the shopping cart, you'll see a "Special Instructions" area on the bottom left.  Write your desires, instructions, thoughts & signature wording there - 15 Words or less - Please. We will then make sure your recipient receives your gift with your heartfelt note and signature.

  • When placing your order and everything is finalized....you might have to look in your Bulk or Trash bins of your webmail for confirmation. Sometimes our correspondence ends up there.
  • International shipping could be worth your while if you order more than one item to make shipping fees more cost-effective per item. (Even though our wish vessels have a BIG message, they take up little room when shipped!).

NOTE: Our shop is located in Marie Reine, Alberta, Canada. If you live in the area, please use the CONTACT US page before you place your order- if you'd like to make arrangements to pick up your purchase, we can waive the shipping fee. Thanks!
